Taste of the Three Doors

John JacksonMeditative Practices of Body, Speech, Mind
with John Jackson
September 28 - 29, Boulder

Taste of the Three Doors is a 2-day seminar introducing meditation practices for the three doors of body, speech, and mind to support access to the sacred dimension of being human. Within a supportive environment, we reflect upon what may need healing in our lives and explore how simple and direct meditative practices transform challenges into opportunities to access inner wisdom. This is an introductory experience for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Join us for a weekend seminar introducing simple yet profound meditation practices as a means to connect with the power of being fully present and alive to the infinite possibilities in each moment of life.

In Taste of the Three Doors, we invite you to engage in practices of meditation and reflection, to look within and discover the jewel that is hidden in your ordinary experiences. Explore how to honor and respect the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and experience personal challenges as opportunities for transformation. Discover the inner refuge and the gifts of unbounded spaciousness, spontaneous awareness, and genuine warmth that bring healing and benefit not only to you but to your relationships with others and with the natural world.

This introductory experience is based upon the essential methods found in Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche's books, Awakening the Sacred Body, Tibetan Sound Healing, and Awakening the Luminous Mind. Everyone is welcome.
